[OHM] going forward with overpass

i'm talking with roland about overpass and OHM. there
will be some give and take while working out how to
do this.

what size is the current OHM database?

what is the situation with the server currently supporting
OHM? what is it, how is it configured, and is it oversized
or could we perhaps find a way to set up an Overpass
server on it side by side with the the existing data (i ask
this though i don't yet know what Overpass requires, just
to put the thought in everyone's head.)
