This is a great question & I believe there's a broadly-sweeping GitHub
issue saying something like "time-enable the Api.
( I'd add a link to that, but I'm on my phone.)
On a related topic, any suggestions for a better way to track our Dev needs
than burying them in GitHub issues? I'm thinking of maybe a non-profit
Pivotal account?
