[OHM] Getting OHM up to speed with OHM

Here's a crazy idea: use a "license=xxx" tag.

Given that everyone wants to use this for everything and the kitchen sink, let's have a default when the license is blank and let people submit data with whatever they think fits. "Caveat venditor"

I regret not having made it to NYC, but is there a pressing need for incorporation? I would like to avoid any overhead until it is needed for larger projects.

This did not include my work on iD(https://github.com/OpenHistoricalMap/iD http://openhistoricalmap.github.io/iD/id/).
