[OHM] OHM Tasking Manager on OHM Servers

Sanjay Bhangar, I'm available most of this week but will travel to Helsinki
this weekend to attend Slush. Then I will be busy for at least one week.
Having just one variable for setting up TM for different OSM instances
would be great but as for all other parts of the OSM stack, there is so
much more then just one URL. There is copyright strings, different api
endpoints, different Overpass endpoints and so on...
I think a simple instructions for setting up new instances of what ever OSM
software is the best solution. I did this for example iD. Still if you have
any ideas that could improve such a forking work flow that would be great!
And for everyone asking, yes it would be a very simple task to set this up
for anyone who is used to setting up software on web servers.
