[OHM] Vancouver Archives Announcement - Putting the Goad’s 1912 Plan into OpenHistoricalMap

Hi folks,

Sue Bigelow from Vancouver Archives has announced the addition of
their 1912 Goad plan of Vancouver for primary use within
OpenHistoricalMap.

It's a WMS and I've checked to make sure it works fine in JOSM. The
link's are in the blog post.

This is great news as it's building upon the recent Moving Historical
Geodata to the Web symposium held by the New York Public Library (I
think there were some write ups about it to the list) attended by
loads of map librarians, curators and historians etc and where I
presented OHM, and where the majority of the participants recognized
OHM as being the number one project to support for the future.
