[OHM] Vector tile service

Hi!

The Wikimedia Foundation has released a beta service for map tiles in both
raster and vector formats, based on OSM data.

For crossover projects I think this should be explored. Is there interest
in experimentally taking advantage of this? What would be required? OHM is
mentioned in the broader future plans of the project.
