[OHM] OHM Tasking Manager on OHM Servers

Thanks for the reply. Here are some more details on what is required for installing OHMTM on OHM servers.

Python requirements: https://github.com/hotosm/osm-tasking-manager2/blob/master/setup.py

As OHM scales up and takes on larger projects, having a TM available to the whole community would be helpful.

if we don't have python on them, we can pretty easily. i know we have
PostGIS
because you need it to render the map.

i see no reason why it shouldn't be available on the OHM server. anyone else
have an objection?

what are the python requirements?
