[OHM] OHM for Knight News Challenge?

Lets get this hangout together ASAP.

We'll want to get a strong proposal together for the core News
Challenge, but it's not the only Knight funding option. For promising
projects, there is also the Knight Prototype Fund, where the project is
funded for 6 months at $50,000 and Knight provides a bunch of mentoring
and project support resources to get a completed prototype of the thing
in a short timeframe.

Side-note: Knight /LOVES/ emphasis on communities, so defining this
element clearly will be critical. Also, we'll need to figure out how to
effectively differentiate from NYPL's Space/Time Directory, which Knight
funded in their Library challenge a year ago.
