[OHM] We need a forum!

@SK 53: I think a forum could be at least a better platform to ask things
about ohm. Also there must be the opportunity to start different threads
instead of discuss everything in one thread (that would be the case in
osm-forum i think).
@Tommy: That's a good idea, but could be also too specific (i think there
are mostly younger people and in germany reddit is not very common)
What i want to establish is an easy access to a (neutral) public discussion
platform for everyone who is interested in OHM.
