[OHM] server offline - investigating

The location isn't the factor it's knowledge as to how to fix the disk
(if it is actually one of the disks that is broken).
Sanjay has been investigating recently I think, but I think the
progress we have gotten so far are recipes from StackOverflow which is
not ideal
