How much data is there in OHM Tim? My guess that the amount of data is
significantly less than OSM, and updates and tile accesses are also
significantly fewer, so the requirement is closer to that needed to
serve a small OSM extract* rather than render the planet (with all those
lovely French buildings!).

* a couple of data points from here - rendering (with 4 threads) and
updating Great Britain (~800Mb of .PBF) works acceptably fast enough on
a "home PC" with around 4Gb memory and < 50Gb disk allocated to it.
Doing ~400Mb of .PBF with 2 threads needs < 2Gb memory and < 20Gb disk.
