[OHM] server offline - investigating

Hi,

not much of an update but I've reached out to Shekhar who has the
access to the control panel and we are trying to get things rolling to
force a manual reboot.

I'm off on vacation tomorrow so I've also requested for additional
help amongst the other users of the server in case I cannot get it
back online today.

Sorry for the extended down time, I'm hopeful that it will be up soon.
