[OHM] server offline - investigating

Hi all,

bit more to report on:

Sanjay was able to get the keys and reboot the server. He was able to
SSH in and look around. There were reports of read errors / disk
errors and the disk was loaded in read only mode. We loaded the server
up in recovery mode and will attempt to backup some of the data to
other servers. It may take a bit of time to do this though as it's too
complicated for me to understand! We hope to have some expert help
soon for this.

The good news is that the server has RAID set up so if one drive
breaks, the other one has the same copy of the data so it looks like
no data is lost.
