[OHM] state of OHM software stack

After the latest reboot I'm not sure how far behind we are, if we are still
on the code that you find on Github we are quite far behind.
I tried to rebase it about two years ago but never finished it[1]. It's
quite easy but not sure if the DB migrations would work out of the box. On
the iD side I have the latest version modified for OHM. Can someone tell if
it's still the code on Github that's still running on the OHM website?
