[OHM] Good progress towards getting server up and running

Hi folks,

good news, Rob Warren with a bit of help from myself have made
significant progress in getting the OHM Website back up! He was also
able to reconstitute the database from a full backup taken from the
old drive. Cheers Rob!

There was a fair bit of ruby, gem & library troubles, but we got there
in the end.  Id editor, API, Diary entries, logins and uploads were
all working. (We did notice that there may be a few missing user
avatars attachments which you might need to re-upload, though)

Rob said that he hopes to get the rendering and tile server up and
running and connected with the website in the next few days.

We hope by then to have gotten the DNS swapped over to point to the new machine.
