[OHM] OHM back online

Hi all.

The server is back online. Special thanks to Tim Waters, Sanjay Bhangar and Shekhar Krishnan for some serious help including a 3 hour marathon video conference and Topomancy for having paid the bills for so many years. OHM is currently hosted at the University of Waterloo.

Everything seems to work, please report any problems on github [1] as we shakedown the system.

Two caveats remain:
a) The tile server is not updating automatically from edits, we'll fix that shortly.
b) HTTPS is not available for either tiles or the server itself. There are a few problems that we can't work around, attempting to run an insurgency or a banking system on open historical map is thus not recommended.
