[OHM] What needs to be done to Get OpenHistoricalMaps back online?

I was wondering is there any plan of action for how to get OHM back up and
running?  Some friends and I have experience and would be willing to donate
our time to get it back up and running,  But I need to know where the
recovery process stands and what steps are left to do.
