[OHM] What needs to be done to Get OpenHistoricalMaps back online?

I'm on it. Expected ETA is January 20th. 

It's been a "Saga" of multiple hardware failures in multiple places and a comedy of errors. Safeguarding the data has been our priority, it will be back online shortly.
