[OHM] Update - Data recovery

hi folks,

thanks to User MMD saving a copy of a 2016 OHM planet dump, I've got
the tiles from that planet up and running here:

It's good to see that loads of great mapping is preserved. Such as

Christian Quest's Paris Mapping:

P.P.S. It's on a spare domain so consider this tileserver sort of
