[OHM] Rendering

Hi,

I recently added some former glassworks in a town (e. g.
http://www.openhistoricalmap.org/node/2083314057). I have an old map with
buildings in that city, but i don't know which building belongs to which
glasswork, and on top of that the resolution of the map-image is quite bad,
so i don't prefer it to create the buildings in OHM. So I decided to create
points for each glasswork. Unfortunately, these plants will never be
rendered on the standard map. Maybe there are good reasons not to render
craft=* and man_made=works (as a point) in OSM, but I think in OHM the
necessity of creating points instead of areas will often be the case.
Further, I can understand that some data is not rendered in OSM carto, but
in OHM I want to see more, because I want to see the whole history (and it
is less important to have a quick orientation etc.).

To sum up, i think it would be beneficial to make the glassworks visible.
Maybe there is a opportunity with different tagging than I did, but I would
suggest to think about solutions to make some things visible that are not
that necessary for OSM.

Paul
