[OHM] HOSM Back up

Good afternoon,

HOSM is back up. Tiles are getting updated through at times are buggy. 

* Daily planet dumps, up-to-day and up-to-minute updates are published to planet.openhistoricalmap.org. 
* Thank you to volunteers that do daily rsync's of the planet dumps at rsync.openhistoricalmap.org
* And overpass API is available at overpass-api.openhistoricalmap.org
* An experimental vector tiles is available at vtiles.openhistoricalmap.org

Please report any problems to https://github.com/OpenHistoricalMap/ohm-website/issues ; now, let's start uploading map data!

Ongoing projects:

* SPARQL / LOD / Ontology backed interface.
* Time based rendering along with time slider.

If anyone should have spare cycles:

* the rails front end available on github is horribly out of sync; if you have time consider working on remerging with the upstream OSM stack.
* we need volunteers willing to host overpass and tile servers on the OHM DNS round robin server.
* If you are really interested in one particular historical period, consider making a mapnik style so that we can host tiles rendered in the relevant style.
