[OHM] Open Historical map

Hi Paul -
Yes, that's the current plan: to take advantage of the start_date and
end_date fields on objects in OHM. Now, given that aren't many "whole"
cities in OHM yet, we'll be counting on people to help build out and create
those cities. My guess is that old maps, photos, letters, advertisements,
directories, etc., will be the source of this information.
My guess is that this might focus on older (much older?) info, too, but
even the 1980s would be pretty cool!
Is there a particular area you have in mind or are interested in?
