[OHM] Scheduled downtime today

The OHM machine will be shutdown today at 2PM EST for about 20 minutes to change failed drives of the raid array. We should be back up shortly after.

Since this is the 'historic' mailing list and not the 'OHM uptime' mailing list, I'm going to start posting notices to the github repository from now on in the interest of reducing noise.
