[OHM] OHM launch marketing plan

Hi all -

As we get closer to having a working timeline feature on OHM, *targeting a
launch date of 1 July*, I'd like to start spreading the word about how it
could be used and to get wider participation in the project.

Please feel free to review and add your comments / thoughts.

Areas where I could particularly use help are in finding good / cool
examples of existing projects on OHM today or that could show off a
timeline, once we have it. I'm particularly interested in both high-zoom
(e.g. a neighborhood) and low-zoom (e.g. boundaries) examples to highlight.
