[OHM] OHM Downtime August 12th - 1200HRS to 2000HRS UTC

The OHM will be offline on August 12th from 1200HRS to 2000HRS for plant wide cooling loop maintenance. We should be back up a little earlier, interested parties can follow updates here [1]. 

Support for HTTP authentication will be removed on that day also with switchover to HTPS only. Please see [2] for details.
