[OHM] A few updates

Hi all -

A few updates from OHM land:

- *Biweekly meeting moved* - This week's meeting has been moved from
Wednesday to Thursday. apologies for the short notice, but there are some
travel conflicts this Wednesday.

- *Site hosting* - we have had some site downtime for environmental
upgrades over the past few weeks. Please be sure to let us know if you are
currently seeing any issues. Thanks to Rob Warren for managing through
these upgrades.

- *Timeslider prototype* - is complete and awaiting review and deployment
by Rob. You can see the staging (pre-deployment) version working with OHM
data here

- *State of the Map session* - I'll be presenting an update on our efforts
at State of the Map. It'll be a short session, but please let me know if
there's anything you'd like me to include.

- *Dev work* -
  -- *Nominatim updates* - we are currently working on getting Nominatim up
and running properly with OHM. It currently queries the full OSM database,
so this update will have it return only OHM-specific results.
  -- *Inspector improvements* - we are also working on improving the OHM
inspector to add more history-focused information and pictures. You can see
