[OHM] overpass updating?

Rob - one thing we're seeing in some work we're doing is that Overpass
isn't handling more than 1 request at a time and there's an inspector call
that makes 2 simultaneous requests that break down. Do you know if Overpass
is configured to handle more than 1 request at a time?
