Dear all,
just a brief note from the old world.

Our summer semester begun four weeks ago.

We have relaunched our work on OHDM and plan to have
a public prototype end of June.

Our lab version is public available (again)
http://www.ohdm.net/v2/index.html?date=2017-01-01

It's pretty slowly. That version hasn't a cache.
All tiles are generated by Geoserver just in time.
Working on it.

Data are from an OSM import 2018 (or even 2017)
and covers only Germany. But that date parameter in the
URL already works. (We have no real historic data yet.
But technology works.

Just try another date, like 2014-01-01. Less data are
visualized - we use the creation date as first valid date.)

We will integrate very soon historic shape files we found
in OHM repository.

I'm pretty sure we can present end of June:
- OSM archive
- GeoSPARQL endpoint (Strabon)
- rendering with Mapnik.
- import interface for historic shapefiles

I keep you informed.

Would be great to meet in Germany this autumn.

Best regards,
Thomas
