[OHM] Are there time limits to historical data ?

Nina - so sorry to hear about your data loss. If you were using an offline
editor, do you happen to still have any offline source files?
Separately, you can definitely go back that far! We just ask that you tag
the start_date, end_date, and source for those trails, in addition to
normal osm trail tagging.
