[OHM] OHM Offline until further notice was OHM hosting

Hi Rob -

Totally appreciate all your help and the help of the unnamed contributor.

Perhaps with a little more detail, the large part of the community that has
goodwill and wants to help could understand what they could do or why they
couldn't.

Also, given that it is a community project, who exactly in the community
has access to the data?

I'm sure you appreciate the interest in transparency.

Again, your efforts are appreciated. I know I'm grateful the server is back
up and running.
