[OHM] Quick update on OHM status

Hi all -

This is the first of several updates to come, but the following message has
been posted at ohm.org:

Open Historical Map - Moving to a new home
The OHM will be unavailable for an unspecified amount of time as it moves
to a new home.

If you can see this DNS has not propagated yet.

Shekhar, Sanjay, and I just received the OHM database backup last night. It
will take a few days to import the database, do some basic testing, and
repoint the DNS. When the site does come up, it'll look like what's here,
which is to say... we'll need your patience and help as we transition.
