[OHM] NYPL maps and building import

do we have a member of the NYPL team on the list these days, or
do we have a contact there?
an issue with the 2013 NYPL building import has come up since we
got time slider working, and there are a few other things i would
like to talk to them about.

by the way, i have made some good progress on Seneca Village and
pre Central Park mapping:
