[OHM] adding historic parishes

hello,
I have added a  historic parish way no. 198307325. I have for some years
been adding to OSM but wonder if I have correctly tagged this parish here
before I add more?

I have added a set of 50 parishes from 1875 to OSM, see relation/8476415,
Is it ok if I import these here with JOSM. I also have sets of historical
Dublin City wards and historic city boundaries in OSM.

I would only import those which I have added to OSM if allowed.
