[OHM] OHM Updates

Hi Jeff,

it is great to see the site back up. The new interface is also great.

I'm finding some errors, but I guess it is expected at this point. On the
other hand, I can confirm that I was able to login to the platform and make
edits.

My main question right now is about some new features added to the map,
like state lines (they were not there before, were they?), cities and towns
and also some roads shown at larger zoom levels. Where did this data came
from? Does it suggest a change about our policies regarding OpenStreetMap?

To be more direct: is there any discussion about adapting OHM license in
order to make possible to import data from OSM?
