Hi Brian,

I was thinking about bringing boundary data from FOSM to bypass any
licensing issue. OSM has a different licencse. There is a license question.

You are in Ireland? My interest is recreating maps of Gaelic Ireland 100AD
- 1550AD) from the historical records. Most historical Irish Tuath are
subsets of modern counties, and sometimes supersets of modern counties.

I have not done anything in OHM yet because (a) I was unsure which OHM
project best fits (there is one in Italy and Germany in EU and global
governance is important to me) and [b] I also lacked enough mapping skills
at the time, but have since upskilled in GIS. If there is interest in
Ireland for historical mapping, that would be great news.

regards
Noel
