[OHM] Google Earth Pro tracing question

Hi Quang Huy,

Almost certainly use of Google imagery will be contrary to Googles own
Terms & Conditions. I would imagine OHM also want to avoid any possibility
of a run-in with Google over data, so if in doubt avoid using any Google
imagery.
