[OHM] Country Names

Hi Kevin -

Thanks for writing. I totally understand your request, but we don't
currently have a way around this, but we are working on it. See:
https://github.com/OpenHistoricalMap/issues/issues/481

I realize this isn't helpful in the short-term, but it's a little trickier
than you might think (or, at least, I thought).

Needless to say, it's a top priority for 2024.

In the meantime, thanks for your persistence!!

Where are you mapping and what's your OHM username?
