[Hot-announce] OpenAerialMap Tech Challenge

In case you missed it, HOT is relaunching the OpenAerialMap project[1] and
has put out the first "Tech Challenge"[2] to solicit proposals for
development of the first stage of the project.

If you are a programmer please take a look and if you think you would be a
good match for the project submit a proposal!
