Turns out a spreadsheet is not best.

Translatewiki and Launchpad support exporting translations as .po files,
which can be opened in Word or any text editor.

The trick would be to save them as text / po files.  I suppose if they got
saved as Word format, we can deal with it.

I'm putting the .po files on github now.
