[HOT] Pakistan Imagery

Hi all,

Given the lack of imagery which has had a real impact on HOT's activities for 
the Pakistan floods, I would like to request that those who requested imagery 
could please fill in the table on the wiki:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/2010_07_Pakistan_Floods/Imagery_and_data_sources#Imagery_Requests_.26_Responses

It would be useful to know how many imagery requests were made, what the 
response was, dates, reason for no imagery (cloud cover - or whatever?).  We 
could find out that there were very few requests.  I certainly didn't make any - 
i just assumed others were.
I think we can learn from what happened here.  Hopefully this might help us 
coordinate our imagery requests & make them more effective in the future.
