[HOT] wiki help needed for Colombia

Can anyone spend a little time helping with the Colombia response wiki pages?

This has been set up, but mostly collecting news. It's not linked from anywhere, 
and doesn't have any structure similar to past responsese: designating 
downloads, resources, needs, coordination, etc.
