[HOT] wiki help needed for Colombia

JOSM support is now excellent. I suggest to use the brand new "imagery"
plugin (download and install it from the JOSM preferences). It provides a
menu entry "BING imagery".

I've tried both, Potlatch2 and JOSM, and for larger tracing projects I
strongly recommend to use JOSM.

For now it's best to use Potlatch2 (last thing i heard).
