[HOT] Haiti support and FME

Mikel,

If no one has stepped forward yet for FME server, I could try to help 
with ETL. In principle, I think a free/libre solution, such as Spatial 
Data Integrator (SDI), based on Talend Open Studio, might be better ; 
see, e.g. :

unless there are specific reasons to use FME Server. (For which a 
licence would be needed, as far as I know).
