Hi,

There are available imagery listed in several humanitarian agencies:
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Philippines_Tropical_Storm_2010#Imagery_posted_by_humanitarian_agencies

I sent each agency a request to access the images for OSM-HOT
Philippines 2010 Storm Megi/Juan. I got no response so far. Maybe
members of this list can help nudge the "process".

At least 3 municipalities are very remote (Palanan, Divilacan,
Maconacon) no updated maps are available even in Google Maps. One
NGO working with the Indigenous Peoples within these areas need
updated map data to support they're work.
