[HOT] Padang Update- imagery problem

Hey Mike,

Actually we were testing out using Skype for this particular task.

Most of the other disaster response groups use Skype for specific
deployments, so the idea was to see how it would work.

But yes it is possible to get help in the #hot channel as well.
