[HOT] [Talk-br] CBERS 2B image over Cachoeiras de Macacu

Hi,

A third CBERS-2B image from INPE covers the south end of Nova Friburgo, 
and Cachoeiras de Macacu. It was taken on the same day as the previous 
one, and extends it towards the south. It is also cloud free.

The way http://www.openstreetmap.org/?way=95163408 has been extended to 
include it.

It is also included in the teresopolisregiao TMS layer, so those who 
have already configured it don't need to change anything (except maybe 
empty your local cache).

For WMS, see below for service URL, and select layer
