[HOT] Any Writing Volunteers?

Hi Matthias,

Since HOT works with large UN agencies and NGOs we need to look a bit
more official than a Wikipage. Also there are going to be times when
HOT will seek funding for specific projects to better support open
data in the disaster response context. It is difficult to do all that
off a wikipage. It is a very similar reason as to why we incorporated
as a separate non-profit as well. We intend to keep dynamic content
in the wiki, but basic information about where we are working, how to
get involved and that sort of thing needs to be in a regular website.

So this is more outward facing for those outside of OpenStreetMap than
inward facing for coordination within our already existing community.
