The most irritation to me is, if I checkout the page of japan, there is 
no misson. Do I have to trace Bing? If so, in what priority?
Or should we wait for updated images? Should we add water where the 
flood is? ....

Thats hard to decide for somebody with no Crisismapping experiences :/
