I am having trouble following the chat directions.  I see no IRC:OFTC
option.

*	You can access this IRC with your internet browser. You need to
access http://chat.mibbit.com/ and chose IRC:OFTC, pick your name in Nick,
and type #osm-ja for the Channel. 

I was thinking I could organize some GIS work parties.  Would that be
useful, or would it complicate things?  Is there any other places I could go
for priorities other than your page?
