I'm not much of a wiki editor, but am willing to give it a try. May I just
add it to
http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Humanitarian_OSM_Tags/Humanitarian_Data_B
ackground ?
BTW: Replacing the <space> by an <underline> character would be wise, so it
ends up like tsunami:damage=standing_structure
